Treatment Plan and Online Consultation

If you have requested a video consultation, we will schedule a date as soon as possible (usually on the same day), and one of our doctors will contact you. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to discuss your condition in detail with the doctor and explain all your needs. Together, you will develop an appropriate treatment plan. Once this consultation is complete, even if you did not request a video consultation, we will send you a comprehensive treatment plan along with a draft estimate.

Scheduling An Appointment

Scheduling your appointment at Aestheticium Plus is very simple. To set an appropriate date, our patient services team will contact you. Your appointment will be scheduled exactly on the date you prefer, or at the latest, the following day. We take our patients’ time into consideration.

Hotel Booking & Travel Plan

Our team will assist you with your travel plans and accommodation booking. We have established partnerships with four- and five-star hotels to ensure our patients’ comfort during their stay in Istanbul. We offer our patients the best deals on room reservations at our partner hotels. Throughout the planning process, we will present you with various hotel options and the best available promotions. Once you have made your selection, we will handle the hotel reservation for you. You won’t need to do anything else; your room will be ready and waiting upon your arrival. Of course, you are free to decline our accommodation offer and book a hotel of your choice if you prefer.

We are delighted to welcome you as a patient and visitor. Before your plane lands, our team will be there to greet you at the airport. With your VIP car service, you will be quickly transported to your hotel (free of charge), saving you time on airport transfers or public transportation.

During Your Treatment

Generally, the day after your arrival, one of our coordinators will pick you up from your hotel. Upon arriving at the clinic, our doctors will welcome you and begin your care according to the previously established treatment plan. Once the treatment is complete, you will be taken back to your hotel. Depending on your treatment schedule, you may need to visit our clinic several times during your stay. For each appointment, our drivers will be ready to pick you up and return you to your hotel.

Departure

We persistently advise our patients to come back to our clinic for a final checkup on their treatment. At the end of your treatment, we will ask for your flight information so that we can offer a VIP ride to the airport after you check out of the hotel.
